Recognizing the vital role that teachers play in law-related education, the American Lawyers Auxiliary continues to sponsor its Law-Related Education Teacher of the Year Award. Terry McElligott from Newberg, Oregon was the middle school teacher winner for 2003 and Susan Sittenauer from Topeka, Kansas was the high school winner for 2003.
